It’s not a sentence you hear often, but it happens to be true. Understanding, dissecting, analysing — this passion is what led her to the trading floor of Goldman Sachs, in London.

And yet… even at the heart of one of the world’s leading financial institutions, something felt wrong. The numbers were certainly there. But the people weren’t. Nor was the listening. Nor the connection.

She had the sense of moving through a world of brick walls, with no windows and no real conversations. It was in that moment that she understood: hers wasn’t a career where people could be treated as a secondary variable.

It was by chance that she discovered the world of insurance. And that changed everything.

To her, this profession represented the intelligence of numbers placed at the service of protecting others. It meant understanding a life, a fortune, a risk — and transforming it into security. It meant making the complex simple. And above all, it meant listening.

But once again, upon joining a large group like Allianz, Fanny came up against a different reality: internal politics too often took precedence over the client’s interests. Process came before common sense. Image before relationship.

That’s when she decided to found PSPI.

An independent house.

A boutique practice dedicated to complex risks and discerning clients.

A place where people take the time to listen. To understand. And to serve with sincerity.

What she wanted was to reconcile the intelligence of numbers with the warmth of human connection.

What she built is a committed, human-scale team that places trust and expertise at the heart of every conversation.

PSPI was born of this urgent need: to put people back at the centre.

And today, more than ever, Fanny remains convinced — that’s what makes all the difference.

Fanny fell in love with numbers early on.
